How to track OpenAI and Anthropic costs in one place

Most teams that use both end up with two consoles, two logins, and two bills on different cycles. Here are the three ways people combine them, and when each one is enough.

1. Check both consoles

OpenAI's usage page and the Anthropic Console each show their own spend accurately, with no setup. That's enough when one person checks occasionally. There's no combined total, though, and anyone else who needs the number has to have access to both.

2. Export to a spreadsheet each month

Download each provider's usage, paste it into one sheet, and add it up. Finance gets one number. The cost is someone rebuilding the sheet every month, and any surprise shows up a month late.

3. Connect both to one dashboard
